Best mini PC for Jellyfin

Jellyfin leans on exactly the same hardware transcoders as Plex - Intel QuickSync or an Nvidia GPU - so the box that matters is the one with the strongest iGPU. The upside with Jellyfin is that hardware acceleration is free, so even a cheap N100 covers a couple of 4K streams once you switch it on.
The ranking below is by sustained 4K HDR transcodes, the heaviest common job. If most of your clients direct-play, you need far fewer transcodes than you have viewers, and any box here has room to spare.
What to look for
